2	Q4RP: (re: financial abortion) Why exactly shouldn't men be responsible for where they put their penis and what happens to their sperm? In my personal experience it has seemed that there is a pretty substantial number who don't fight for it because they believe they can't get it. 1	"Men Legally Allowed to Finish Sex Even If Woman Revokes Consent, NC Law States" - Glad to see not all states let feminists write the laws for them Hm. I think this has more to do with interesting wording of rape law in NC than anything else. In North Carolina rape is defined only as the act of a man using his penis to penetrate a woman's vagina. In this case it might be seen that only the initial act of penetration is the rape. Everything else would be considered assault. Since permission was given for the act of penetration, the man can't be charged with rape. Still a crime, but not that particular one. 1	Why do a lot of campus sexual assault studies/surveys use sexual assault and rape as interchangeable terms? I'm obviously late to the plate on this but... In the state I live in, rape is very specifically defined as a male forcing vaginal penetration onto an unwilling female. In other states, the laws are more inclusive in their definitions, oral, anal, different genders of both the perpetrator and the victim, whereas in my state they are sexual assault.
