I don't think I can agree with this because 9/10, a woman can usually carry only one child to term a year, whether it's one guy's sperm inside her or a million. I find it hard to accept nature selecting for a trait like that.

My suggestion is to just have the founders as automatic mentors like you said earlier. Maybe after the first year the new members - regardless of age - should be thoroughly vetted. Alphas will advance in your meritocracy quickly anyway. But I think a lot of guys - such as myself - would benefit from just watching TRP at work. And have a munch of women present on whom to practice.

I've been lifting since January, but had a month long lapse back in July. Getting back into a 3-times-a-week dynamic can be hard because I've lost strength. Doing lower weights or even failing them is very demoralizing, but I have learned to accept failure in that department. The path to alpha is predicated on failure because maximizing your chances of failure maximizes your chances of receiving the necessary positive reinforcement that creates alpha males.

I think so. I don't think "power" or "domination" are the first words that come to a rapists' mind when they're accused, but I think the cases of passed out guys or gals getting violated by a drunk and horny young adults are indeed about some kind of power move. Taking advantage of someone who aren't in a position to consent is an exercise of power the rapist didn't have before the victim was incapacitated.
