You actually have to pay till the end of the first educational degree in college, usually Bachelor, sometimes if they are topicly related even the Master. The former border of 27 years was seen as not set in stone anymore by several courts here. Granted, in some states its inadmissable, but at least here it is allowed. Why not simply get such an app and record?
