My understanding is that they believe meritocracy would be a great system except that people with the power to make hiring decisions have a (subconscious) in-group bias. I just lurk here, not actually antifeminist though I have had triouble with mods on feminist subs. I would guess that in what you're saying you're misconstruing the point about the imbalance of expectations of emotional labor on women in relationships. Also, I haven't checked your history but given that you are someone who posts here you may be commenting in bad faith in other discussions on that sub?

I respect your views as well, and I'm for people continuing to have discussions about these things to try and make the world a better place. I'm sorry you have had a bad experience with feminists.
