I feel you. I've exercised for years - done triathlons, marathons, long bike races, ocean swims.. It all sucks. Every metre hurts. Every step is pain. I feel like the only people who get 'endorphins' must be the ones cruising along at 60%. (Feels fucking great when you stop, though!)
