Thank you for this post. Most people don't believe that the NVM you talked about even exist, simply they are groomed themselves or are lucky enough to never been the target of one. I've escaped one, and I wasn't groomed to be the gf, but rather the backup friend, basically the emotional support in case his gf leaves or is unavailable. But all his gf have something unstable about them, or something sinister (a girl who is similar to him). His friends are all in love with him (male and female). Th…

There are 2 types of self esteem. Those that are built from the self, and those that are built from the others. The Manosphere Red Pill PUA is built from others. which means, the others will always control how you see yourself. and using extrinsic things to measure yourself esteem. This type usually end up with very low self esteem. One rejection from a girl, and the guy completely collapses. Where as the type your therapist is talking about are self esteem that is built on self compassion. You …

Also don't date the son of a pick me mother. They trained their son to devalue women from day 1.

Yes I agree with you I think deep down, it's interesting to see if the insecurely attached drawn to RP is due to dismissive avoidants and fearful avoidants self talk. The dismissing avoidants fit your scenario really well. They are brought up by a detached mother, and parents really absent. Makes sense that the initial childhood negative self talk is I'm not wanted...because mother doesn't want me. And they are attracted to hyper needy women and motherly women. Everything else and all the other …

What is wrong with redpill and black pill? They weaponize black and white thinking like this against you.

One word answer means she's busy and doesn't want to continue a relationship with him she probably already sense the redpill mindset from him. His projecting to cover up his fear of rejection. He needs help to be honest because his stuck in the cult black and white thinking.

I like myself better too when I'm single. I think it has something to do with anxiety and insecurity from dating. I've never been in a relationship with a HVM before, but that is the fundamental difference I noticed in the relationship. HVM would lift you up, so you should have a happy and loving energy as an result. Whereas LVM will suck the life force (self love and security) out of you by default because other wise you will have too much self-love to stay with them. Dating HVM usually end up …

There are a few psychology youtubers/podcasts and breadtubers who can see through red pill BS. Alot of women content creators also talks about the real nature of red pill. Unfortunately, the very nature of Red Pill is organised hate towards women, and anyone dare to openly criticize them (or perceived criticism) usually end up being doxxed.

if you see yourself having characteristics of both avoidant and anxious preoccupied, there is a likely chance that you may have Fearful Avoidant style (also known as disorganised attachment style). This is a combination of both styles and you will find yourself oscillating between the two styles depending on the situation. and your welcome.

but it seems like alot of their views are closely aligned with the avoidants and the things you'd expect an avoidant would say and do.

Not just men but also shit friends too. When you are at your low, do not make new friends...find a therapist and heal first. Hangout with trusted and friendship tested through time. Those people have six sense around people who are emotionally vulnerable and know exactly when to take advantage of you. The one 'friend' who was helping me at my low turned out to be an emotional sadist.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
