1	Considering plastic surgery Im with that guy on this. The one thing that people can see sometimes of their picky is the thing that sticks out inbetween your eyes. 3	An assistant manager has been creating a hostile work environment. I work at a bar, so it's not a job I take super serious, I am on my way to put in my 2 weeks notice, they may just tell me to go home. Any advice? You played it off well. If that one manager is being a shit, hes/shes probelly a shit to everyone. Dont worry about that person anymore. Just keep the people you want to keep and move on. I didnt know the rest of the staff were good to you. Future advice - anywhere you work theirs going to be at least one cunt. Learn to minimise your interactions with them or deal with it. In cases like these if its a formal bar tending job with contract and all the laws on your side of the fence involving being sent home for no reason or her/him being out of order. This is what you must do no matter what. Write a formal letter of your 2 week notice. Write down all the dates you worked. If you cant remember just state the date of your contract being terminated and the dates within the two weeks you will be working until then. 0	So I recently got burnt out by my old friends and I need some advice on what to do. Not sure about the last bit. I reckon its just dog eat dog. Or eat the dog when its turned around. I dont know if this is just a freak thing or ita normal in plenty of highschools/sixth forms if you dont stay on top of it. To be fair I never assumed something like this would even need staying on top off. But your first bit is true, highschool is just a breeding ground of grades for Uni and thats how I saw it.
