Women are graduating more for a bachelor's if they're the twenty-five to thirty-four, otherwise it's more men. 46.1% of top executive positions are held by women, which isn't even more than 50%. And women are earning 100% or more of men's salaries in merely twenty-two metro areas, which isn't nationwide.
