Carbo is by far the best of a shitty bunch, but really effective, you should be feeling sweet again very soon, it is a different recovery period for each individual. Surveillance wise, I'd say your Dr has it dead on. I still have 3 monthly oncology checkups and 6 month ct scan/X-ray. As I understand it after 5 years it would be a yearly thing. All the best.

Had both Nuts removed, 7 years apart for testicular cancer. First time I fucked around getting it seen to, and it spread rapidly to my Para-Aeortic lymph nodes on the fast track to my brain. Hell of a post, but I disagree with your point "But if you're not attractive to her you may as well be nonexistent." I have lost count of the times sexually invisible men jump through fiery hoops, when she actually needs him. They are ignored, but when she wants something, out comes the little girl voice and lo and behold, watch the Beta jump, only to be ignored again once said task is completed. I.e.
