I remember the episode of Rick and Marty where they went to a world in which the males were animals and the females lived in society. Anyone with a brain knows the exact opposite would be true if men and women were separate. Just look at the british show that had men and women separate. If you're eating straight protein then light sugar isn't bad. But water should still be your main liquid. Protein is hard on intestines, especially if nothing is lubricating them.
