Regarding shitting lifting numbers as you put it, could it be in part because a lot of keto folks are obese? My numbers are nowhere near yours. My best bench was 210 which is shit. I don't think keto played a part in that however. I'm just not a real strong individual and I was more focused on aesthetics than strength. You seem very anti-keto which is fine. The fact is it works for a lot of people. My opinion is simply do whatever works for you. For me less bread, pasta, and processed foods is a good thing. There are three terms: cutting (losing weight), bulking (gaining weight and/or muscle), and I believe the one you are looking for is recomping which is losing fat while gaining muscle.
