Is she taking a long time to respond? If so, do thisIf they don't reply after three days, I send them 'You are quite the strong silent type!'. It's a funny line that non-aggressively points out their lack of investment. If they don't respond after that, I just remove them. | /r/seduction | 05/04/18 02:37 PM
My girlfriend wants a break. I don't think it's a good idea. What do I do?This guy is right. I was in a similar situation three years ago, where the girl wanted to break up with me but didn't want to hurt me. So she came up with some excuse that my bitch ass could handle. I'm not saying this is exactly the same, but if she really wanted to be with you, she'd make it work somehow. | /r/askTRP | 23/02/18 08:31 AM
I found No More Mr Nice Guy Pdf and audiobook for freeAh, that explains it. I was searching in the redpillbooks subreddit. Massive thanks to you! | /r/RedPillBooks | 30/07/15 04:49 PM

How to lead my father to become the alpha he once was?Maybe get him to read 'No more Mr nice guy' | /r/askTRP | 14/05/15 02:30 PM
Improving eye contact - will it get me in a fight?Afterwards it's always easier to think of a response. One of the things you could have said was that you'd never seen someone with that kind of mask before and that you were wondering what it was. Maybe said that it looked cool and ask him why he was wearing it. That probably would have worked if you said it against me, but I'm still beta as fuck, so I don't know how this other guy would have replied. | /r/askTRP | 07/05/15 08:10 AM
What is the use of lifting? That makes a lot of sense. Thanks! | /r/askTRP | 07/05/15 07:20 AM
What is the use of lifting? Those are some good points. Thanks for the input! Martial arts works to get you in shape, but it is not really a bulky shape. You can see that from the Mayweather and Pacquiao fight. | /r/askTRP | 07/05/15 07:19 AM
What is the use of lifting?More strength doesn't necessarily mean more speed. More strength does mean more weight behind a punch though. But thanks for the comment. I'm considering lifting anyways, so I might think of putting it in my schedule two times a week. | /r/askTRP | 07/05/15 07:17 AM
What is the use of lifting?I don't train ground fighting, but do train counters for grabbing and grabbing myself. Thanks for the suggestion. I'll definitely keep it in mind. | /r/askTRP | 07/05/15 07:15 AM

What is the use of lifting?I don't know. I like to stick with both. I really like kung fu, and would not want to quit. However, I miss kicking in kung fu, and therefore do taekwondo a bit on the side. I've been doing this for quite some time and would also not like to give it up. Thanks for the advice though. I will give it some thought. | /r/askTRP | 06/05/15 02:45 PM
What is the use of lifting?Nice dude. I just need to lose a couple of kilograms after my trip to the US. Then my abs will also really show. | /r/askTRP | 06/05/15 02:28 PM
What is the use of lifting?I get your point. I think the confidence someone has can really depend on the number/quality of women he sleeps with. Anyways, I might pick up lifting later this year, if I find the time and need the confidence boost then. I just have too much stuff on my plate right now to fit another thing into my schedule. | /r/askTRP | 06/05/15 12:39 PM
(Dietary) Easily prepared vegetables? My housemate bought a steam cooker. I now just put my vegetables in there. Put the timer to 20 minutes and done. It keeps a lot of the taste as compared to boiling. Works well on broccoli, celery and spinach. I'm sure it works on a shitload of other vegetables as well. I also changed my lunch habits to chicken with egg and bell peppers. Sometimes with some avocado and almonds. Lots of protein, barely any calories but it does fill you up. I usually fry the chicken the day before, and store some i… | /r/askTRP | 06/05/15 12:35 PM
What is the use of lifting?Good advice with the stare down. I'm not really looking to intimidate, more to look confident. I'm still totally faking it though. I still somehow have the fear of making eye contact with random people. I hope it comes with time and practice. Maybe in a couple of months I don't have to fake the confidence any more. | /r/askTRP | 06/05/15 12:22 PM
What is the use of lifting? Thanks for the reply. I got the feeling that TRP is not so much about impressing women, but more about becoming confident, self respecting and overall just good and awesome by spending time working on yourself. The impressing of women should come as a by-product of it. | /r/askTRP | 06/05/15 12:19 PM
What is the use of lifting? Thanks for the response! I never thought that muscular appearance had that consequence. I became more muscular over the past year, but my anxiety has probably kept me from noticing changes. I try to do the stare game with random people these days, and I do notice that they look away fast, especially if I try to keep a good posture. | /r/askTRP | 06/05/15 11:31 AM
What is the use of lifting? Thanks for the response! I don't really do a lot of isometric work, save for some stance trainings during kung fu. The thing is that lifting is not usually really recommended when doing martial arts. Having more muscles gives you more strength, but also gives you more weight, making you slower. It is usually thought that if you want to kick or punch harder, the best way to practice is by just kicking a lot, maybe accompanied by some push-ups. And yes, I was indeed asking why TRP recommends lifti… | /r/askTRP | 06/05/15 09:36 AM
Men who have been to therapy: How did it go? Did it help you in any way? What did you get out of it? Any tips for guys struggling with self- esteem or confidence issues? After I came out of an extremely BP relationship a couple of months ago, I realised about all the personal problems I had. I started seeing a psychologist. After the first appointment, I discovered TRP. On the second appointment she basically told me what I read on TRP, but less extreme. She told me to start approaching. I have approach anxiety, so that has not been working that much. After more reading TRP, I started doing other things to increase my confidence first, such as changing my postur… | /r/askTRP | 05/05/15 07:28 AM
