1	Does anyone feel like no matter how much self-improvement they put in, it still doesn't work? Life is on a curve, it doesn't normally jump way up (sometimes ithe does) and normally doesn't nose dive either (tragedy does strike though...) I'd say don't be so down about what's wrong right now, to be honest the video games and drugs getting you through the day is better than giving in totally to depression and suicide.
