| 2 | Lifting Weights For WomenThis video has been great. I have never in my life had upper body strength and after a month of doing it 3-4x a week I can finally do actual push-ups. Sure it might only be 3 but that’s huge for me. https://youtu.be/hAGfBjvIRFI | /r/RedPillWives | 02/06/21 08:09 PM |
| 11 | Dealing with monotonyOne thing I found to be helpful is doing one task today that tomorrow me will appreciate. When I frame it that way, it helps keep things manageable. I also am sure to acknowledge my task the next day like “wow I’m so glad I did that yesterday. That really helped today start off on a good note”. I found that verbalizing it, helped solidify the habit. | /r/RedPillWives | 28/05/21 03:31 PM |
