There is no speaking to a person on the phone who is not a contact or doesn't have the password. This is more of a company procedure issue than a pussy pass. Not a pussy pass. These social engineering techniques work for men as well as women (and they're actually more successful for men rather than women, as men tend to be questioned less often.) Worked at a call center for 10 years where I thwarted social engineering attacks at least once per month. We were trained to spot stuff like this and escalate to management where the manager would eventually hang up and call back at the number we had listed to avoid number spoofing.
