Case by case basis depending on your values. If you value abstinence until marriage, you should absolutely wait until marriage. Don’t let anyone pressure you into giving up something important to you. I personally think that sex is fine in a committed, monogamous relationship. Marriage isn’t necessary. For me, I wait until we’ve decided that we’re “boyfriend and girlfriend” and I can see a future long-term with the guy. I just really love the bond. There isn’t a magic number of days/weeks/months…

No worries! You've got a little human to take care of. I'm at work so my responses will be intermittent as well. I've always had a slightly higher sex drive than him. We both are on the high side though so when I initiate, he's into it like 95% of the time. I feel sexier and more loved when I'm pursued, so that's most of the reason I'd like him to initiate more. But like I said in the post, it's not a massive issue. We have less sex than we used to (we were at like 1-2x a day for a little while)…

Thank you for the response! I know, you're right. I just get so tired after work and the house that I feel like there's no time. I'm going back to school part time as well while I work full time and I know that's going to be a lot. I do customer service and clerical work for a company, but I've gotta say it can really be tedious even though it pays well. That's why I'm still in school for something I actually would like to do.
