And yet NBC keeps sinking money into them, 200 mil the last go round in fact. The big conglomerates realize their ratings on regular propaganda (news) channels are failing amongst the young crowd so they go to places like BuzzFeed and Vox to reach us. Unfortunately, for many it's working. Many of us see straight through it though. They're speaking their propaganda through every available medium to reach every available audience. There is no target audience anymore it's just: everyone.

He's become the outspoken voice that he is as a result of all of that, and they continue driving forward despite him interjecting his voice of reason. They don't want to hear it so they refuse to. The vast majority of people are waking up to what's going on, though, I'd say. From what I see down in the U.S. at least. Sure there are plenty of loons out there (albeit with loud voices) but the majority of us are pretty sensible.

I actually have a good friend of many years who said to me that she viewed an unwanted advance or being hit on as rape. And then informed me that she wasn't alone. I think that's also largely due to the fact that there's a severe lack of unbiased news coverage on the topic. The stories of men winning out in the end in say major custody battle or supposed campus rape cases is slim at best. Joint in KY is 50/50. When my son was born (in KY in fact), 50/50 was established in that case, as well. And by default. Mind you his mom was never expected to enforce that of course. And that was 10 years ago. KY isn't great to men in this realm but they're better than many other states.

I work for one of the world's largest aerospace companies and I've already seen it happening. Have friends working for other companies as well and I shit you not they've devoted certain quarters of the year to "diversity hires". Because STEM is apparently so lacking in the realm of women and minorities. Some of the smartest people in the world and they don't understand something as simple as equality opportunity vs equal outcome.

I'd be interested to see how exactly this was quantified- whether by a % of income withheld or by an actual $ amount. At work so I can't delve too into the study at the moment. But in cases where the woman is the breadwinner and a % of income is withheld in separate accounts then in that case obviously the woman is going to A) withhold more and B) contribute more as opposed to both contributing a set $ amount and even more so likely in that case. Regardless, long story short- prenup. Always.

I always loved examples of this in school. Literature broken down and taught a certain way like "this is an allusion to this and that" yada yada. To which I'd go look up an authors response to that provided they were still alive and 9/10 the way it was taught was nothing close to what they meant in a character or the symbolism of an object etc. sometimes the author just wanted the sky to be red or the car to be blue because they did. It doesn't have to have some crazy in depth meaning behind it.…

Here's the issue, ANY woman can report you. Meaning she doesn't even have to be military. Fun story: so in the army "regret sex" has become a huge issue with sexual assault reporting. We constantly went through SHARP (sexual harassment/assault response and prevention) classes, both men and women.
