Paternity Tests, why is it so taboo? And if he leaves the government will hound him to pay child support and won't care that he is the victim of paternity fraud. And if he proves he's a victim of paternity fraud, he's potentially convicted of a crime. It's lose-lose-lose all around | /r/MensRights | 02/01/23 08:11 PM

The Roe v Wade ruling is an opportunity for men to *gain* reproductive rights that have thus far been non existent.Let's also not forget the men that are forced to pay support for kids that aren't theirs: Source 1 Source 2 Source 3 Sadly, there are tons more like this. | /r/MensRights | 26/06/22 01:16 PM
Got slapped for reading a shirt...To those accusing me of lying, all I can say is, if that's your opinion then that's your opinion. I believe you. | /r/MensRights | 21/03/22 01:30 PM
Domestic violence case - MY 5000$ lawyer won't answer any of my questions and seems blatantly in favor of my ex?I dunno about that one. In my experience, you want a good lawyer that doesn't know the lawyers and judges. Reason I say that is because if they all know each other, past experiences and interactions can leak into your case. My first lawyer was a regular at the courthouse I had to be in, and I got screwed by the judge because the judge was pissed at the lawyer over a previous matter that had nothing to do with me. When I got the new lawyer that was from out of district, he went in and flipped the… | /r/MensRights | 20/12/21 03:21 PM

Sharing someone's frustrations is sexist now apparentlyNot only this, but depending on the department, you could find yourself in the crosshairs of the department for removal. Especially if the program is LAPS. | /r/MensRights | 16/12/21 07:56 PM
Hate subs are okay as long as it's directed at men. Absolutely disgusting.I know feminists are batshit insane, but this is a whole other level... | /r/MensRights | 12/12/21 06:04 PM
Men who are pushed over the edge in DV...Many jurisdictions (mine included) have passed laws that whenever a call is made in regards to DV, they MUST arrest someone. Like there's no officer discretion. It's not necessarily about them doing their jobs. | /r/MensRights | 14/11/21 03:46 PM
The Mediocre White ManIf a crime is made by white man news will say: white man robbed/ killed/ etc. If it was a coloured man, you will read/ hear: "a person robbed/ killed/...". I work at a liberal university in the security department. This is 100% accurate. If the suspect is white, it will be mention that he's white on the Security Bulletins. Anyone else and the ethnicity is left out. | /r/MensRights | 26/10/21 06:30 PM

That poor bastard. Be careful ladsThe even more fucked up part about Canadian family law, is a woman can go after you for support for your STEP children. IE) bio dad isn't paying support, you and your wife divorce, and you're now on the hook for supporting a kid that isn't yours. | /r/MensRights | 02/07/21 10:59 AM
Why does pro choice go right out the window when it revolves around men or children? It's already happening here in Canada. https://www.justice.gc.ca/eng/rp-pr/fl-lf/famil/cons/consdoc/obligat.html | /r/MensRights | 30/06/21 08:10 PM
Men can now be sued for child support if they are part of a child's life, but not biologically related. This one way a Killdozer is constructed | /r/MensRights | 27/06/21 10:10 PM

Canada: "Mom held my son at knife point and they never made an arrest and let her out of a mental ward after 3 days. dcf gave her the ok to have my son back to her after 3 days" Cop wrestled knife out of her hand on camera - no charges. There's also the fact that officers are subject to a LOT of sensitive information that would be breaking tons of privacy laws if released (drivers licenses, passports, etc) Then there's the data storage cost, which is astronomical. That being said, I'm fully supportive of cameras being turned on when an officer is dispatched or before initiating contact, but I don't support of the camera being on the entire shift or having footage being released. | /r/MensRights | 15/11/20 11:10 AM
This is feminism in Canada. Unmarried Couple has no home, or kids together but still considered spouses, And he has to pay, court rules. Can't blame him | /r/MensRights | 11/09/20 03:26 PM
Wait, your worth as an employee is only as valuable as the income you help the business earn. That’s crazy. That and if I'm not mistaken, the contract the women ratified also had more base pay, whereas the men's team had more performance bonuses. Edit: didn't read the comment by /u/geriatricsoul. S/he explained better than I did. | /r/MensRights | 08/08/20 01:39 PM
This sub shouldn’t be ‘Us vs Them’Edit: A lot of people are arguing it’s impossible to communicate with feminists as they won’t listen and I just wanted to say it seems a bit like some people on this sub aren’t listening to other people either. Just want to point out 1 thing. It appears that you re-posted this to /r/feminism. Here, the idea was accepted and welcomed. There, your post was removed. That says a lot. | /r/MensRights | 07/08/20 01:47 PM

I commented on my wife's post about suggestions on us and our friends hanging out this weekend. So I tried the opposite to see if it had the same effect.Ya, it's completely assinine. None of the dispensaries that I have used previously accept credit cards. When I did some digging, I found out that it's because it's illegal in the states and the credit card companies are American, so the US govt would basically look at it as violating US law and nail em under that, even though I'm Canadian, buying from a Canadian company and the product doesn't even go through the US. I hate the US most of the time. | /r/MensRights | 21/05/20 08:01 AM
I commented on my wife's post about suggestions on us and our friends hanging out this weekend. So I tried the opposite to see if it had the same effect. It's Facebook. I got a 24hr ban asking a community group for marijuana clones today. For the record, I live in Canada, where it's 100% legal. | /r/MensRights | 21/05/20 04:42 AM

Women at my dorm often use the mens bathroomI think you need to fight fire with fire. I'm not sure where OP is from, but where I am (Canada), it's 100% legal to use a washroom of the opposite gender as long as you're using the space for what it was intended for. And if anyone says anything, tell em to pound sand. And if they really want to push the issue, you tell them that you're using the washroom of the gender you identify as. If they're smart, they won't touch thay with a 10ft pole. | /r/MensRights | 23/03/20 12:48 AM
So my post just got removed from r/unpopular opinion because it was classed as a post about feminism? It’s bullshit. How is anyone getting abused funny or fun? | /r/MensRights | 12/02/20 05:40 PM
