1	Question regarding small talk. Perhaps complementing something of hers. Or when she complements your shirt or beanie give a lil story about em, even if its just like, "yea I got this beanie last year. It's my favorite hat." or something like that. 1	Any advice on how to make a move first instead of waiting for the girl to show interest? Personally I'd say those are good signs. Especially if they were both for prolonged periods of time. The next step would simply be to kinda ramp up the contact. And making the contact much more intimate. Things that wouldn't be possibly considered just friendly. And when you think you ramped it up enough, go for the kiss if that's your end goal. Or at least your goal atm. Also she may just be somewhat shy. Touch her shoulder one time or if you're sitting next to her touch your leg to hers and leave it there. Do small things that enter her personal space. And then if she responds positively to these touches start getting a little more intimate. Go for other areas such as maybe the stomach, outer/inner thighs. And find reasons to do this.
