What does it say when I'm MUCH more interested in the magic trick aspect of this then the gameplay?

Next time, don't buy her the first drink. Abundance mentality.

I'm confused. Were they under 18? Either way, this is a don't shit where you eat situation, no?

I oversee raves—essentially tens of thousands of partygoers pay hundreds of dollars (more in Canada!) apiece for a weekend's pass and the first ten drunks I deal with pay my salary. Anyway, it's largely the women who can't hold their liquor, who get black-out high and drunk, and have to have medical called on them. The guys are dumbasses and break things, sneak off into off-limits areas and generally become aggressive jackasses (protip: teen-20something drunk jackass is no match for sober cops),…

I don't know why, but this reminded me of Denny Crane firing a fatty on Boston Legal. She sued and the judge threw it out. LMAO. It's this gut feeling that EVERYONE can relate to Denny's decision, but it's not exactly PC, so they say you can't fat shame. But in their heart of hearts, people support it. Denny, of course, has "mad cow"—which REALLY means he has no filter and is alpha in that regard, but of course the show plays it off as him being a total chump (who nonetheless makes bank and keep…

What the hell, she's checking texts mid-make out? That doesn't make much sense to begin with. Ignore it.

Legal answer: It's not discriminatory on its face because the bag itself—purse, satchel, or what have you—is not gendered. You could try fighting that, but you'd lose a lot more than you'd gain. The reason is that employers are allowed to check all bags and, thus, have made a reasonable accommodation for "personal items," which the employer has decided includes purses, but not satchels. That's their call and they have the legal right to make it. That said, if this was a public policy (or custome…

You have a great basis for a discrimination lawsuit. Title IX.

So, lawyers, if any one of us were to have a defamation site sprout up against us, what recourse would we have regarding libel? I understand the turn-the-other-cheek approach TRP advocates, but in some instances, getting a reputation dragged through the mud could be extremely harmful. E.G., Jake evidently resigned and/or separated from a project he was involved with as a result of this website's content. If, say, one of us had a website against us convince our employer, network, clients, or cont…

I'd get the whole "social experiment" side of it...if not for the "I didn't like him enough to pursue a second date" comment. That just says your motive was to steal the guys' money. If you want my time, you are paying your fair share.

It's not just that he turned on you, it speaks to the jealous/scarcity attitude he has/had. You're starting to do things your way, a new way, breaking free, what have you, and he doesn't like seeing you jump out of the "safe" bubble. Especially with the LTR issue, the "autocomplete" of the beta sentence "Your LTR treats you poorly..." is "...I'm going to take her from you" (or at the very least "she'll leave you"). Hence, the defensiveness. He's scared to lose her. The sad part is he can't consi…

Brick wall as an alleged accomplice to the crime. Or (more likely), is she just figuratively up against "the wall"?

Second the idea of male friendship/bonding. Plus, they're guys so you kind of have a mutual understanding of what being a man is all about, and there's no drama.

First off, that dude was freakin' hilarious and huge ups for how he played that. Second, that looks like a pretty standard 21st century girl's reaction to anything that can be deemed as criticism. Ad hominem seems to be pretty standard. Third, people these days like to get offended by everything. Oh, sorry. TRIGGER WARNING... people these days like to get offended by everything. Ok, that's better. Seriously, to that end and to those people, IDGAF.

The story never had much weight, Depp's ex Paradis evidently is out defending Depp's name, as is his other ex Allison. LAPD sources said there was no evidence of any injuries, there's evidently some happy non-injury photo out there of Heard that Depp's team pointed which she subsequently pulled, she's asking for the house & dogs (you know, the ones Australia already had such a problem with because Depp/Heard were neglecting them), the car, support & fees, etc. Sounds like a money grab and she's …

Great point and very Sun Tzu-esque of you as well. It's a wonderful thing to consider. “If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

I fail to see the "rape apologia" that person was talking about in the LONG list of examples given. This relevantme person is pretty on the ball, though, and did a nice job summing up why I choose to be part of TRP. And sure enough, those who wanted to bash TRP resorted to name-calling, ad hominems, and other fallacies, including dissociating anything "acceptable" TRP says as, "oh, that's just common sense. That's not a Red Pill thing." I'm telling ya, the more I hear people put down Red Pill, t…

Under the body of your post, under the light-colored box, one of the links should say "Flair." Unless you're using a reddit mobile app.

I suppose I was always wanting to break free of Blue Pill, but didn't know if they were wrong of if I was wrong, and I didn't know where to go (and I didn't know of Red Pill). So going forward, there's no use going back there. But before now, I just didn't know any better.

I love when people use research and inquiry to look into things, to confirm OR refute them. However, we have a news outlet (Jezebel...yeah, I know...) saying it occurred on the 26th. Incident #160062751 is Suspicious Circumstances, located at the 100 Block of Wilshire Blvd, received at 18:11 and cleared at 02:45, disposition is Arrest. It's entirely probable this is what they're talking about. Or they're making sh*t up. We don't know, we weren't there. https://santamonicapd.org/PoliceDailyReport…
