Not commenting on this incident as I have in a previous thread, but I'm a cop and it is very difficult and dangerous to handcuff someone in a stadium if they are belligerent. The stairs can be really steep and it's asking for trouble if they loose their balance fighting and can't brace themselves. Not to mention the extreme close quarters nature, it is almost always a better idea to manually restrain someone and carry them out if they are acting like this.

Cop here. If you are defending yourself, as this cop did, you would not be charged or taken to jail. 100%. I have personally responded to many fights in our bar district and it is very apparent when someone is defending themselves from assault versus committing an assault themselves.

Alabama and Hawaii both have an age of consent of 16. Hawaii was 14 until 2001. Both have Romeo laws protecting sexual relationships with teens aged 14-15 with persons up to 5 years their senior.

Hmm, age of consent is 16 in Kentucky though they have a Romeo law to allow for sexual contact between minors above 14. It is still illegal to have sex at 13 no matter what, even if parents consent.

Large gatherings of people such as sporting events typically have police hired to perform duties such as security and traffic control. Part of this is to have rowdy and disruptive fans controlled. I've worked many college football games and baseball games. IF we see someone causing a disturbance we typically try to get them to stop. If they refuse, we kick them out. If they want to be like this lady, we take them to jail (or ticket depending on situation).

I got to disagree with your last sentiment. The bus is, presumably, a paid service. If he paid to be on the bus, disabled or not, and with gear or not, he had every right to continue to ride it to his destination.
