Go to the courts and do what? Go through another drawn out, expensive process to reaffirm a legal right he has already been granted? The same courts who have more than likely granted inequal visitation to him in the first place?

I work in an office that is (roughly) 70% women and the CEO is a woman. The company will consistently have "Equality Drives", where they will provide extra support for the women in the company to progress and gain extra qualifications/promotions. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate that the historical inequality between men and women does need to be addressed, I simply do not understand why women are given preferential treatment in mybplace of work despite the workplace being dominated by them all …
