True, but consistent and certain punishment is a better general deterrent than a larger penalty less frequently/consistently/certainly enforced. 3 years is all it takes if you can investigate thoroughly and catch em all.

Improved my deadlift from 425 to 435. Worked my ass off at my day job. Got new towels that's are really soft. 2/3 saved up for a truck.

Try cycling instead. I was a tumbler and beat up my joints pretty bad, so running isn't possible for more than a few months before I run into problems. Ergs (rowing machines) are also great, and you'll build a solid back in the process.

Keto is really tough to sustain in the long term. You have very few food choices, and it also makes it very difficult to train if you're a strength athlete. It's really only best for overweight people who need to lose a lot and are doing a lot of cardio.

Tha fuck? I always assumed that the standard split in nuclear, one-worker families was weekdays with mom, weekends with dad. And in two-worker families it was one week with mom and one week with dad. I don't get how they can think it's healthy to not have both parents involved in the children's lives.
