Yep. When a guy is blinded, there's pretty much nothing you can do in my experience. Just make your opinion clear, but stay and support the guy. It's gonna be hard to watch but when he crashes and burns you'll be there to help out. He'll be much more teachable at that point.

In fact I think the exact opposite is true. Men, especially RP men are happy to help one another and believe there's success enough to go around for everyone. It's the girls who are brutally competitive with one another. Nope. Developers are among the cream of the crop when it comes to technological human advancement. As far as I'm concerned, it doesn't matter if you're programming a robot that explores Mars or just making a game that simulates it.
