Nope you said in 29 states. You did not mentoin indiana 29+0=30 Fail. Regardless your still trying to propogate the lie the term "Minor" instantly refers to sexual age of consent when it dosent as that term was all i said and you claimed i mentoined consent and strawmanned me saying "Yes it does have to do with consent" when i was talking about the word itself. So fail.

Why would i accept a blatant lie "In Indiana, and in 29 other states, sex with a 16 year old isn't sex with a minor. That's not rhetoric, it's fact." You did not say 30. Keep making lies up all day it wont change your strawman. You have been strawmanig my use of minor and claiming i was relating it too drinking laws and age of consent and you tried to claim me using the law minor instantly refers to age of consent. Just accept the fact you were caught out lying and move on.

False. Minor is not the age of 16 in every state. Thats a fact. Your rheotric was bringing sex up when i simply stated a fact about the meaming of minor. You got caught out using rhetoric again and making false implications. Thats a fact. Another fact is some states dont use the term miner in lawd at all making your "29" Claim invalid.

False. Nope they dont as THE LAW WASNT BEING MENTOINED i said the law does not set the overall defenition of a minor. Mincing my words failed. Better luck next time your rhetoric failed.

Yes you have cinstantly tried to divert to drinking laws and made up random lies and strawman about what i said. The fact is consent laws have nothing to do with tge classification of a minor. Someone classing as a minor has nothing to do with consent laws you keep trying to divert it too consent because yoh are wrong. Fail.

You are bringing up drinking laws. You shifted it to age if consent laws last comment. And you did it again.

No one questioned its meaning. Most states LEGALLY classify a minor as someome who is under the age of majoriy which is majority in ptactically all states with few classifying 21 as the age of minority. Again consent was not mentioned. Your false statistics were. Drinking age was also not mentoined why try and bring up something irrelvant?

Reality: Men tend to have more suitable qualifications work longer hours and do tasks better however in order to meet quotas of "Gender" they discriminate against men despite the fact that its illegal to employ worse workers over their gender hence why the only way go do this "Non discrimination" is too discriminate against men and emoloy based off of gender Reality: Communism leads too starvation jeff bezos is a left wing extremist who prioritises frelings over facts which is why this fact driv…

Again i said classification of a minor is usually under 18 not 16. Not age of cosent. You are tryng to mince my words and manipulate them. Why? I am aware most states have 16 as the age of consent.

You are literally telling me things i already know and you are saying the sane thing over and over again and making false inplications i did not make. Again THE TEENS ABILITY STILL HAS AN IMPAIRED ABILITY TO CONSENT and i have already gave facts. Most STATES have the age of a minor under 18 not 16. That is most states.

Yes your strawmaning is failing. I have already said this five times and i will say it again. I am quite cleatly talking about morality and the law needs changed. No one said it wouldnt of been legal what WAS SAID TO BE ILLEGAL was the threats of death and manipulative behavior she used to pressure that child to stay in a relationship. Thats quite clearly what my comment said. I dont see why you are trying to strawman me so badly. Sorry but many states have child seducation and class a "Minor" a…

Yes WITH others around the same age. No one mentoined the age of consent not being 16 not once. What was mentoined is that teens can be groomed by those with HIGH MENTAL marturity and are unable to consent with an individual of that age as they are at risk of being exploited. Plenty of places still have forced marridge. That dosent make it right. Its also legal to cheat that isnt morally right either. Its a scientific fact the ability for a younger individual to consent impaired with an older in…

The individual still can be exploited due to brain development. I already said that the law in regards to consent needs changed. The women can still get other charges that break the law in this case. Thats all i said in the last comment because its true.
/r/MensRights31/12/18 03:08 PM

They are still a minor the classification in indinana law as already stated is irrelvant to the fact they ARE taking advantage of someone who has a developing brain. I stand corrected on the age of child seducation that still does not change the fact there are additional charges that could he persuied. Additionally the law CLEARLY STATES that the individual who had sex with the individual must not be mentally impaired in anyway. With the teen not having a fully developed brain they are impaired.…

Yes i know exactally what i am talking about. Embarassed myself? You litterally said satutory rape isnt rape and got laughed at by hundreds of poeple. Are you okay? Please tell me you arent near any real poeppe right now. You are endangering others.

In order to be chared with child seducation the victim must class as a minor. Adittionally if you knew what you were talking about you would know that the child was already classed as a minor im this case I want her to be punished for grooming a man who is able to be manipulated as a brain is not fully developed at that age therefore his ability to consent is impaired. In the case that she dosent meet the exact classifcation the law needs changed. She has abused a teen boy. Yes she did commit a …

Yup its a strawman. Your incoherent tantrum is literally unreadable "Two fucking can be rape" what the hell does that mean? Are you mentally ill? If it "Wasnt rape" in the next state? What the fuck does that mean? So i am wrong because "Not rape in state" Are you okay? Yes i care that this women groomed a teenage boy and give him death threats. Your extreme left wing ranting is unreadable. Again you did make a strawman no one mentoined not having problem with rape. Get help. You need it.
/r/MensRights31/12/18 01:01 PM

That is exactally what a death threat is using the threat of death to scare a child. I already made it clear what other men would get charged with. Sexual exposure to a minor and sexual contact with a minor. Did you even read the articles you sent? You also relise that is is very common for predators to claim they will get harmed after building a bond with that child which they groomed in ordwr for them to stay quite? Thats exactally what she did and she knew why she did it.

I never said they dont get charged with child seducation.. i said in this case a man would get additional charges. In fact your links proved my points perfectly in most of those articles the individual was in a relatoonship or done unwanted advances not sex. My point was in this case a man would get lore not just child seduction and the articles you linked all but two are incomparable to this much more serouis case. In this case *Death Threats *Intercourse. Not just relatoonships.

Yes he was unable to give consent as his brain has not fully developed he does class as a minor otherwise the charge of child seduction wouldnt be given.. If you even read the article or done research the individual must class as a minor to be charged with child seduction. So yes this child was been classed as a minor under law. You are literally defending a 30 year old adult taking advantage of a teenage boy who hasnt fully developed his brain which means NO HE CANNOT give full consent as it is…

They dont seem to be doing that... Regardless you want to admit it or not right wing media is much smaller and targets a lesser audince. I think your not reading into it enough I would agree with you if their content did swing as much to the right as they did left. After all if it was just too "Get clicks" they would primarily cater to left media as left wing outlets are more common better funded and do unfortuantly target larger audinces as already mentoined.

Nice strawman. Who mentoined beside you someome moving over to the next state? You dont know what context means do you? for example lets take what you said "Two poeple having consented sex" You mean an adult women who is capable of taking advantage of a teenage boy who has a brain that is not fully developed yet making his thaughts judgment and ability to consent impaired. Minors cant consent THATS LITERALLY WHAT THE LAW TELLS US you are a joke. Its really that simple.

That just makes it even worse. The point is their content is extremly left wing and with anything related to right being "Pursuied for hate speech" millions is made off of this type of content daily mail makes a fortune. Thats why it needs called out.

Child seduction she wasnt charged with rape as "It wasnt forced" despite the fact the teenage boy is incapable of making decisions with the same mental maturity an adult has due to brain development. Any male would get charged for rape in this case and looking at others cases they can get the following Indecent exposure to a minor -10 years Max ** Sexual contact with a minor- 15 years Max Sexual assault on a minor- 10-20 Years

All these valid issues and socitey spends millions in fighting the debunked "Gender Pay gap" which really by "Closing it" they mean paying men less money despite working more hours and harder jobs.

Any male would get charged for sexual exploitarion she got charged with "Child seductoin" even when she fell in the first mentoined category. In other words they give her the lowest charge for her crimes.

You have a point. It wont even matter if we dont do anything anymore as then they will just make them up in fact the left base entire videos off of single unrated comments eg the root "Racists calling me racist" or voxes vidsos on hate speech using comments with no likes! Litterally nothing stopping them from creating an account. Then even when caught making fake clips or making up comments or words they will claim "Its a conspiracy" eg bullyhunters. Its insane.

Sad truth is if one person on the right does something bad they use it as an excuse to ban the entire sub. Thats what they have been doing for the likes of "thotaudit" being removed because of one out of line member. Its a witch hunt and they will use whatever reason they can find.

I would say above anger it has generated dispointment confusion and bewilderment that these feminists which supposedly "Fight for equality" atack those that fight for men and instead class male problems as "Toxic Masculinity" In other words associateing mascilinity with toxity to atack and chain men down while claiming its about "Expressing Failings" and men "Keeping to themself" yet when these men express their feelings they get atacked mocked abusef targeted falsley labeld as "Alt right neo na…
