| 8 | The importance of mindfulness and losing ego.Glad you said this, I have a hard time maintaining that "in-the-moment" feeling. That ego-less relaxation comes and goes for me. I love when I'm experiencing it. I go from a fairly reserved, anxious guy to a total fuckin G in my head. I have fun, I don't worry too much, and I can actually carry on a conversation and come off as somewhat charming I think. I'm subscribed to /r/meditation.
