1	Government role in lack of fathers Welfare became this way because of the profit prison industry, specially private prisons. Also prisoners are added to the population so more electoral vote, get they are not allow to vote so red states benefit from this law. Just 2-3 generations ago welfare was very hard to get and had extreme requirements.
