3	HVM vs LVM: period edition I was on the combined pill before but my blood pressure was a little high (a bit overweight) so the doctor recommended changing to the mini pill (progestogen only) which you need to take every day without a break so no periods. But DID YOU KNOW that even on the normal pill a break in which you get a period is not necessary? It was invented to try and appease the Catholic church! 😳😳 shocker! So free yourself sister!
