http://imgur.com/No37b61 0.0250 seconds difference in reaction times. That's just under 4 frames on a 144hz monitor. That would be considered negligible. Edit: 0.0250 on average. Some of the data shows that some women react at the same speeds men do. As sports expect the best, this proves with a larger pool of women it could be possible to find someone who reacts at the same speed as their male counterpart.

I believe one of the main problems is a lot of sports have a large pool of men training for it. For example with e-sports Koreans dominate as PC bangs are part of the culture. More of them train for it, therefore it's more easy to find the best. Another issue is to appeal to women they create women only tournaments and it just ends up being that women don't get much of a chance to play against men who have had more experience. I think less women in general are drawn to games like men are. Smaller pool of people to pick from means less chance of finding people with the natural ability at something. Also women played amongst men for the overwatch world cup.

Depends on the sport. Snooker, darts, and other sports that aren't athletically demanding would be fine.
