She says she's responding to those who say they hope they don't have a daughter because she may dress in a certain way or not hide her femininity. She's not saying all boys are rapists. It very well links to a recent huge court case in Ireland, where the defence attorney suggested that the alleged rape victim's lacy underwear was a sign of her consent. This is the type of thinking she's speaking against.

I'm a modern (I guess) woman and I have never been in an abusive relationship. I also cringe at some types of "feminists".
