2	Polite way to restart communication? From a girl's point of view, I would prefer a hey what's up text over a "I miss you (but you know I've ignored you for a month and you're an available fuck option)" text. If OP is genuinely interested in the girl, he should start with the hey text, because after ignoring her for a month, he's essentially starting back from square 1 with having to have her remember who he is and talk to her a little bit before launching into getting romantic with her. Is it a college campus, office area, walking on a random city street? Some ways to start talking to girls in the day time may be just to be social to everyone, eventually this will include girls or any girls that are nearby interested in your conversation. If she's nice, she would definitely respond back if you text her again (unless she's really rude or honestly not interested).
