Am very skeptical about this and will be interested to see the outcomes. The big positives out of this is that the language in the article, the reporting page, and the support network referenced in the article is all gender neutral. link to the support services in the article There is even a section in FAQ which asks do you support men and it says they do. Looks positive. Proof will be in the pudding.

Whole RvW was based on a false rape accusation because Texas, at that time, only allowed abortions for rape. Hang on.... please assist, I'm Australian. Are you saying abortions were only made legal in America because of a rape case and that rape case turned out to be a false accusation so the woman could get the abortion?

In Ms. Chess they have two Queens instead of a King And Queen because you go girl and the King is shorter than the Queen. Rooks take up two squares because I'm body positive. They start with extra pawns and extra knights because horses are cute and equality. Each piece they capture you have to pay them piece (child) support. Each piece you capture they take one of your pieces because the one you captured was abused. If you do make it to the back row and promote you're fired from your job for wor…

Dating in my 40's is full of financially secure, independent women. When it gets to chatting you find out they are fucking holistic healers, or yoga instructors who own million dollar houses paid for by divorce and child support. They wear these as a badge of honour. It's sickening.

Agree with others. Under no circumstances leave the house. Get to a lawyer and get advice. The lawyer should be able to put a lien on the property and also stake claim. You need to do this before you tell her. If you go to the shop to get milk and she changes the locks or calls the police you're fucked. If you have all lawyerly work in place before you'll be ok.

In Australia the last couple of weeks the guardian has had a massive poor women campaign starting with the article about a law designed to catch more violent men which ended up sending more women to jail. They followed up with interviews with incarcerated and released women about how oppressed they now are and how jail ruined their lives.

In my city there is a "beauty college" in the CBD. The "students" wear a particular uniform and stand out like bulls balls. They are all the same, all cut from the same cloth, all single mums trying to get back into the work force, all "studying" so they can get government grants, all the pretty girls from high school that left early cause they were getting railed and supported by older guys and then they were dumped. I know a few of them and they all now have only fans and still don't work.

No surprises here. Keep in mind the burden of proof in these cases is "on the balance of probabilities" meaning is there reasonable assertion this could have happened. So considering the bar is so low in this case he was never going to win this because as long as there's one incident where he even raised his voice to her it's considered domestic assault and their story stands true.

funny thing was 12 months later my then girlfriend broke up with me because his girlfriend told her I did sleep with her. It is only when I contacted "my friend" again and said I really enjoyed fucking his missus that she finally came out and refuted that it actually happened.

Yes. Have an exit plan first because it won't last. My best mates missus came to my house to try and fuck me one night. I told her no, and you have 24 hours to tell him what you did or I will. The worst part is the father in a catch 22. He feels he has to let her go because if he doesn't he gets arrested and thrown in jail for violating orders, then the poor kids are stuck with the mother and have no advocate on the outside. This is shitty, but if he let's them go at least they still have a safe place half the time if he's not locked up. Think about that and ask yourself if feminism and the matriarchy is still a just cause?

Then take him to court and have him jailed! If he's raped or assaulted multiple women, do the right thing and have him tried and locked away. Also never rely on others for witnesses. My neighbours used to visibly and audibly hear me being abused, when push come to shove, they sided with the police and my ex, why because the wife neighbor said and I quote " there's no way she does that unprovoked. He must be abusing her first." Godspeed my friend.

You have to ask the question.. was he as violent as they say and does the record fairly represent the outcome achieved here? I was abused horribly in a previous relationship, but when police were called I was the one taken and I was the one reported against. In the one instance a charge was eventually made, it was unfounded. I do not in any way take the violence away from this woman, but step to a systemic inequity in a fair and equitable system here. Australian chicks are the fucking worst. I know friends daughters who are only 14 and have well more than 20. Some of them will do 3 or 4 a night at parties. They get drunk, they get high and go fuck anything. Even when they have boyfriends. It'll get hard. You'll be bullied, you'll be ostracised, you'll be peer pressured to go to parties, go drinking, do drugs, all of it. You'll be accused of all kinds of shit in an attempt to bring you down. Good luck fellow Aussie. Stay strong.

Not at work. Ever. There's no brainwashing, there's no feminazi, this is plain stupidity. Scene... Karen taking screenshots with her phone to copy phone numbers into excel is approached by Greg. Greg: hi Karen I've spoken to you 5 times, I'm married, and 25 years older than you. Wanna catch up? Karen: Greg, as you can tell by the way I'm entering this data into excel I'm completely retarded , but I'm not as retarded as you for saying what you just said, in fact comparing you to disabled people i…

I place this fair and square on you and this has nothing to do with being a man or being someone with the right to "bear arms" You deliberately antagonised someone who was tweaking out on drugs and when they confronted you, you pulled a gun on them. Dude next time, sure watch from a distance for safety, engage an employee to make sure they are aware, offer to call the authorities, otherwise let the store handle it. They new what was going on and have cameras. Don't pull your phone out for cheap …

I'm not interested in a relationship I will not buy you dinner or gifts I will not support you in any way, financially, or emotionally Please do not impose yourself on me If i ask you to leave it's not because i don't like you, it's because i want to be alone Please respect my decision to conduct my life the way i see fit for me as i will you

My son was going to school in shorts and a summer shirt.... in 5 degree temperatures. I told her i stop every other extra curricular activity i pay for until he gets winter clothing for school. He was promptly dressed the first time he couldn't attend sport practice because i withdrew the fee payment. My son asked me and i told him, i give your mum money for clothes and school. If you need anything for school you need to ask her. So now he does and he doesn't go without.

I don't think this is LMAO material. It's actually poor decision making and poor execution of a plan which failed miserably. This is the same as her being promised partnership in the firm for 20 years and not doing anything else career wise hanging her hat on that day to come and being turned down. It's her fault and hers alone for poor choices. She shouldn't be laughed at. It should be acknowledged it's a poor life choice though.

I agree on the abuse part. What I don't agree with is the one sidedness of it. It's all male on female violence this campaign is portraying.

Every fucking week I get to see relationships like this fall apart. You need to pick better women or take a break from dating.

He means instead of paying 10k in legal use the 10k to help the mum and daughter with rent food utilities etc. I get the rationale but all you're doing is enabling a dependency on you and there's nothing to stop her from moving in 3 months once the cash dries up. As everyone else says. Lawyer up. Hitting the gym is optional. Good luck and keep us posted.

The thing that gets me about Batty is that she did nothing to earn her place as Australian of the year and has been merely used as a puppet to pursue a political agenda. Her son wad murdered in cold blood by his father and the nation took pity on her and awarded her. Yes there was a history there with the partner as we found out after the fact. However, in this entire situation the father's voice was silenced. As was Farquasons and Freemans. They are criminals and deserve to be treated as such. …

The sad part about this is you can picture the designers sitting there smugly thinking how down with the young crowd they are for using 'dude bro' not realising they'd missed a really good message by using it.

I have recently dealt with this situation. Here's what I wish I knew when it started. Do not under any circumstances talk to the police. Why? "Anything you say, can and will be used against you in a court of law" This means exactly as it reads. They will manipulate anything you say to mean anything they want. DO NOT SPEAK TO THE POLICE The police will threaten you with being locked up for not talking to them. Get locked up. Do not talk to them with the fear of not going home. A few days in the c…

Dude, honestly, don't even entertain her. Make the second you read this post, the last piece of anything you have to do with her. The more you get into this shit with her, the more she thinks she has won. Delete this post, let her think she has won, and never, ever, ever have anything to do with her again.

If she is good at the false allegations, make sure every, I mean every single piece of contact you have with her is documented. If you go into costco, have a video camera, or at the very least a voice recorder and record the visit to the store. In two years time when you receive a knock on the door and the cop says on xday 2010 at costco at 1600hours, you did this to stupid bitch the most you are going to get done for is videoing something you shouldn't have. P.S welcome to the crazy x club! Enj…

Fuck her, she lied, she is pissed she got found out. I am sure she would have continued with the claim if the video hadn't surfaced. I can 100% guarantee if the man had been dragged through the trauma of prosecution and trial and was found not guilty he would be lucky to walk out of court with the shirt on his back let alone public funded counselling. If anything this woman should be charged for making a false report. Once again, fuck her.

She was evidently upset enough about something to have lied about this. I think this is the part in the false claims that people forget about. Usually there is something to have triggered the claim, wonder what it is?

I just sent this via the feedback page. I just noticed the sexually biased definition of rape on your website. Just letting you know that rape can happen to members of both sexes. Men can be raped by men or women and vice versa, women raped by men or women. I feel your definition is outdated and sexist. I urge you in the name of equality to amend this definition of rape. If we all send something surely they must do something about it. I will let you know if i get a reply.

No downvote for you sir, have an upboat and urnge. I totally agree he had itcoming, however, it was premeditated, cold blooded, calculated, execution style. It was planned and thought out in advance, and that = murder. She should have sedated him and left the state with the children and informed the police. If he was as bad as reported the police knew about him and could have done something.
