Become outcome independent, for example when you set a goal make sure it isn't "I'm gonna make X girls laugh." Or "I'm gonna get X amount of numbers. Try something more like "I'm gonna make X number of approaches today" or "I'm gonna ask X amount of girls for their # today regardless if I actually get them or not." This stuff has to be internal man a woman isn't happy with a man who can't produce his own happiness regardless of his situation.

As with any skill social skills get better with time. Ask yourself this are you better than you were yesterday? Last week? 4 months ago? If so then you're doing it right. Don't get me wrong it's gonna suck but that's the "trial by fire" boys must face in order to become men.

Why are you getting downvoted these are all reputable unbiased studies that all provide the same conclusion over and over again. Just because it hurts some peoples feelz doesn't mean it's wrong. Also as a hispanic man I can attest some people of my race are morons but I think that can be said of all races even whites, (white trash) but if you are going to downvote someone just because they don't agree with your worldview you're no better than a stupid ass SJW.

I know I won't get the best job skills out there which is one of the reasons I'm thinking about a trade. Doesn't take as long to learn and can start paying out more than some of those STEM jobs at a starting level (depending on if you're willing to move around) The officer route sounds nice and all but I'd rather join as young as possible so I can work on my business ASAP. That way I can stop working all together and live my life the way I wanna live sooner than if I went in as an officer. Also …

Yea I've heard the whole "one is born a marine not made one" saying before. I've always taken a liking to the military ever since a kid, especially a branch as badass as the marine corps. Lol one of my favorite mantras to say to myself whenever I feel like giving up is "do your job soldier" said by some guy with a gruff ass voice and it always pushes me to keep going. So yea I think I fit the description well enough.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
