2	I feel like I wasted my youth There is no way around it...you have to just kinda put yourself on auto pilot and go say hi. It takes LOTS of practice and LOTS of nerve. But it get easier and it's surprisingly really easy to get phone numbers. Start by talking to girls with no intention of kissing or hooking up or dating. Try to get to know them and take the pressure off yourself. It gets easier but you HAVE to go for it and that's the hard part.
