My guy, you're giving this way too much energy lol i think you should maybe spend more time socializing out in the real world rather than here online. Does wonders for the ol' blood pressure. Also, im not sure what you mean by "trying to pull". Approaching? Flirting? When i say "make moments special", I'll give you 3 guesses what that entails. I'll give you a hint; it includes flirting and all the stuff you learn from PUA. if you can successfully make a woman's time with you feel special, aka, m…

And the rest of it? Idek what that means. Neither do most people. Why? Because it doesn't matter. Just do your best to make the moments with women special, i.e, make them feel something, and you'll get closer to what you want. It's really not that hard

This isn't true. Every woman isn't the sex right away type. A lot of women don't think about sex until theres an emotional connection. A lot of women will smash on first date if the vibe is right. Some women don't do sex outside of relationships. Some women dont have sex outside of marriage. Everything is subjective. Generalizations like this are mostly applicable specific to fhe demographic. Early 20 something you met out at the bar? Possibly true. Random booknerd you met at barnes and noble? S…

Because typically the people who seek out subs like this, like i once did, lack the social skills to do what everyone else does and has been doing naturally for millenia: socialize, which includes dating. Its starting a conversation. If you have any sort of charisma or curiosity you can make these conversations turn into a date. Again, its not that hard, and its not so complicated.

Because I'm not a socially inept idiot? And no, i don't want to jist smash every random woman who looks good. I'm interested in taking them on a date and getting to know them. I'm not obsessed with sex, and i wouldn't jump into bed with a woman im just getting to know. I've done this a bit. You dont need to be creative, just confident and able to take a hint or a no. Stand up straight, look her in the eye, smile, and be genuine, repsectful, and calm. That's all it takes

" Excuse me, hey, i noticed you from over there and I thought you're pretty cute, so I wanted to come say hi and introduce myself. I'm Xavier, and you are?" This is how people communicate. Don't complicate something that doesn't need to be. Either she likes you or she doesn't. It's not that hard.

I'll fix this for you, right now. Women DON'T want bad boys, low-lives & people that mistreat them. They want men who are confident & bold enough to shift things towards romance/sex, but not desperate for it that they're needy. They want guys who are comfortable with themselves and aren't afraid of showing their traits or interest, regardless of what others think. The reason why you see alot of "guys you're better than" having success with women, while those same women praise you and down them, …

This literally isn't gaslighting. Gaslighting is someone making you think something contrary to what you both experienced, so you question your memory of it and eventually lose your trust in yourself to depend on them. This isn't that. What this is, though, is me contextualizing those negative feedback loops and explaining why you feel like there's "extreme competition." Nobody can compete with you. You are one of one. A value proposition. Thing is, the dating marketplace is a commodities based …

This stuff isn't exactly complicated. In actuality, these are ALL things we learn or are supposed to learn as we grow up and go through social situations. Thing is, a lot of us, myself included, did not get to have those experiences for one reason or another, and didn't get those lessons and methods engrained. In truth, it's literally: Approach woman, situational or directly. Tease/banter. Ask her out. Show genuine interest in her as a person. Ask open questions, banter some, progressively break…

TL;DR: Don't value yourself or your interactions with women based on looks. Beauty is relative and it doesn't matter after awhile. Instead think of your interactions and whether she's actually interesting. There's no such thing as "unrealistic hot women," just women that you view as being unworthy of. Stop that. They're just people. People have imperfections, insecurities, and they're ALL annoying at some point. People are People, not prizes to be competed for or won over. Her looks don't make h…

Big facts 👆 Texting is the primary method of communication for 90% of people. The whole "texting is for setting up dates only" thing is a byproduct of yesteryear. Texting allows you to build rapport, trust, and desire before and in between dates. Of course, you can talk on the phone, but also...learn how to text. By the way, Texting isn't that different from your normal conversations. Show humor, tease, make innuendo, etc. My go-to follow up text after getting digits is making a joke or referenc…

The takeaway to "be yourself" advice is make yourself the best version of "you", own your personality traits and interests with comfort (confidence), and present that package to women for them to come into your life or leave it. That's it. It's perfect advice because that's really all there is to it. I think too many people here complicate a simple thing. Groom yourself, have interesting stuff to say, learn how to banter, touch, and make a move to show interest. Profit. If you're a guy starting …

"Hey, this is totally out of the blue, but I noticed you as I was walking by and I didn't want to leave out without coming to say hi. I'm x." "Hey, I thought you were cute, and I'd be kicking myself later if I didn't come introduce myself. I'm x." "Hey, I know this is random bu just wanted to tell you that you have a beautiful smile/eyes/you look amazing in that dress, etc" "Do you like cheese? You seem like a gouda-girl. Sorry that was cheesy, I know." Don't overcomplicate it. Be genuine and be…

One other important and equally relevant thing to add here: get rid of expectations and focus on having a good time instead. If you have anxiety before dates, it's likely because you're worrying about what ifs. What if she doesn't like me. What if I don't make the right move. What if I say the wrong thing, etc. Whether it's a good date or not depends on both people, and you can't control what other people want or do. Instead, just make the decision to show interest in the other person, and let t…

You take the hand attached to your arm, move your arm behind you or next to her, touch pinkys and if she closes her hand around yours, you're in a good place.

Dope! I did something similar, though it wasn't to get rid of approach anxiety, but moreso to bolster my social skills as a whole. What happened though, is SO much more. Every day, I made myself give 3-5 genuine compliments to strangers, big goofy smile included. It was a little uncomfortable at first, but after the first few, I began to recognize how open people became, & how positive energy flows through both you and the other person if you let it. I eventually gained a very outgoing, charisma…

This is great! My personal method is to take her on a date somewhere that gives opportunity us to hold hands and walk around, like a town center, stadium, etc. If you're doing the right things in terms of eye contact, showing interest in her in regards to your conversation, breaking the touch barriers and testing the waters, then, when you go to walk around, you reach your hand back. If she grabs and holds it, you're good to go. At that point, I usually pull her closer, put my arm around her and…

if she says she has a bf tease her a bit "you need two bfs" or "comon you deserve better" (you should be good looking or have bars to say this) lol if she says she doesn't give out her number, tell her "i don't know the kind of guys you've been meeting out here but trust me, I don't force it and "she can always block you remember" or you reintroduce yourself and ask for the number again (if she "doesn't give her number to strangers)

You're not hopeless, or doomed. You just need to get those rejections out the way to get to your queen my guy. If someone told you it'd take 1,000 no's to get to your life-changing yes, how quickly would you go out there to get that one yes? I'm betting it won't take long. That's what dating is like. Now, the actual number is gonna differ, as different people come with different packages so to speak, but it's gonna be far less than 1,000, unless you're utterly repugnant and don't present well. I…

You're going to do all of it though. Or at least, you should. It's not hard to make yourself attractive. I had an interesting convo with a lady friend last night, and she told me what her desires in a guy are. It's gonna SHOCK you. Ready? A guy who showers, takes care of himself, does his own laundry, listens and isn't a pushy creep, but is still sure of himself and what he stands for. When I asked her if she wanted a guy who works out regularly, in shape, well groomed, well dressed, has interes…

lmao yeah I get it. I never understood how guys hit on girls at the club. I hate clubs. they're crowded, loud, everything is expensive, and people are rude and stuck up a lot of times. I prefer meeting women at the library or Starbucks where it's quiet lol Good! Maybe you can use something similar next time you see a fine young man mowing his lawn lol

Oh but of course! De-escalation is my middle name :) in martial arts you're trained to de-escalate situations before they turn violent, which is my preferred* methodology. Just saying that a boyfriend coming around doesn't worry me. The fighting part I threw in as a just in case. It was assumed I'd be able to charm my way out of a bad spot lol Either way, I'm not worried 😉 preferred method, but will anoint you with the belessing of the fist if it should have to go in that direction. Right, socia…

Thanks! See the thing is...I am all those things 😂 Also, I can fight, so I'm not too worried about her missing boyfriend 😉 That's why I can make it work lol it's definitely a high risk maneuver, but if you can put her at ease? Easy money. The thing with putting people at ease is being cool, codeword for approachable and friendly, outgoing. I think a lot of guys' problems, especially here, is that everyone is so focused on the process of seduction, getting laid, the approach, etc. That they forge…

You spot a gorgeous lady. She seems cool. You're interested. You walk over. Tap her on her shoulder. Look her in the eye with a big smile, gently*** cup her elbow, lean in and say: " Hey, can I ask you a favor?" She's going to say yes. You say, "so I'm working on a new pickup line, and I was wondering if you could tell me what you think" She'll say some variation of "sure." You go, "okay, so here's the rub. I'm at a bar. I spot a gorgeous lady sitting by the bar. I go up to her and say, 'excuse …

Nah, your abs are muscles. You should train and progressive overload them just like every other. You don't NEED to, but why would you want underdeveloped abs?

Why can't you talk to everyone? That's EXACTLY what you're supposed to do. I'm gonna answer all these questions, with one simple answer: Grow some balls and shoot your shot. How do I know who to engage with? I engage with everyone. I myself have a very outgoing personality and I'm friendly, so I talk to everyone and have conversations with randos. That might not be you, and if it isn't, be comfortable in your personality and find a way to make it work for you. That said, and this is IMPORTANT, a…

Good! 👏👏👏👏👏 I'll add on that almost above most other things, initiative is VERY attractive to most women. You could be missing interested women by not taking initiative (note: idk if you are or aren't, just making a note since that's something you can instantly do) The act of approaching in a romantic context shows boldness, and a lot of women would maybe give you a shot just off of that. Figured it might be worth mentioning

I'm willing to bet you already know what to do. A few months is but a speck in the span of a lifetime. In those months, it'll only take 4-8 months depending on where you're starting to change your body. Eat clean, whole foods. Drink tons of water. Life heavy to failure 5x a week, somewhere between 6-8 reps for size. Full contraction and controlled negatives. 30 mins of cardio and abs daily. Come back in those 4-8 months and tell us you're not more attractive. I dare you. I'll put money on it tha…
