| -3 | My ex girlfriend got pregnant and refused to abort.. Now I've discovered I've got terminal cancerIt does change when you get pregnant. Hypotheticals and reality are mutually exclusive. It all changes. It is an awful thing to go through an abortion, and I see why she'd change her mind. Thanks for saying this. Sometimes I think people are too quick to judge on this subreddit. EDIT:I didn't mean to say anything other than she may have meant what she said before she got pregnant. "You can either support me in person or through child support. It's going to be one of them" I think with quotes lik… | /r/MensRights | 25/02/12 07:18 AM |
| 0 | I don't want to sound mean, but do MRAs really want women to alter their behavior in order to not get raped, as the False Rape Society suggests?I'm not talking about a way to live here. I never said you wouldn't be foolish for knowingly making yourself an easy target for theft. I was talking purely about fault. Theft shouldn't happen. So when it does, we can't blame victim. You say that to say the victim has no part in a theft is ridiculous, but it's really not that ridiculous if you start applying this concept to things other than theft. Let's say a home invader breaks into a home a rapes the women living there. Is it ok to say that th… | /r/MensRights | 26/11/10 10:24 PM |

You shouldn't be leaving yourself to be set up for theft. But even if you did leave yourself an easy target theft, it still isn't your fault if you are victimized. | /r/MensRights | 26/11/10 12:23 AM |

If crime is ok then it would have a different meaning. Now, I'm not saying that people shouldn't try and prevent crime, but I am saying that it is never their fault no matter how poorly they did trying to prevent it. It is always the criminals fault for doing the crime. | /r/MensRights | 26/11/10 12:21 AM |

Your car shouldn't have been stolen in the first place. You can't blame the victim for something the aggressor did. That's like blaming pedophilia on sexy kids! | /r/MensRights | 26/11/10 12:18 AM |
| -8 | I don't want to sound mean, but do MRAs really want women to alter their behavior in order to not get raped, as the False Rape Society suggests? For example, I wouldn't drive to the center of Compton and get out of my car, leaving it running with the keys in it, and come back an hour later and act surprised it was stolen. While I agree with the practicality of this, it is in no way your fault if someone else steals your car under any circumstances | /r/MensRights | 25/11/10 09:39 AM |
| 7 | So I am writing a paper on Gender Inequality in Schools...Yes, it is my own opinion, but I am also saying it because it will go over better with the teacher. Also, Gender Inequality implies both men and women. Which is why I think the paper will also be better if he writes about both topics. | /r/MensRights | 15/11/10 09:04 PM |
| 12 | So I am writing a paper on Gender Inequality in Schools...I would say, just give it as both sides of the story. Women face inequality in, probably, more places than men and usually for the same reasons. By writing both sides of the inequality story, you won't come off as sexist and your paper is definitely going to be better for having a more comprehensive view on the subject. | /r/MensRights | 15/11/10 08:53 PM |
