Former Umass Dartmouth RA here. It's not university sanctioned. RA's are required to make bulletin boards, and usually have free reign to do whatever they want, without RD approval. Talk to the RD of your building, show him/her the board and discuss the problems you have with it. They will take it seriously. RA bulletins get taken down by drunk people all the time. Ripping it down wont really teach any lessons to anyone, so Id suggest talking to the RD about it. Residents sometimes do take issue…
