3	Liberal feminist professors are decidedly illiberal with students whose opinion differs from theirs. 4	Iliza Shlesinger sued for banning men from comedy show It's a different situation as the Boy Scouts is a private organization. There was a Supreme Court case on this issue that answers your question. Boy Scouts of America v. Dale 530 US 640 decided in 2000. The court found that because the Boy Scouts is a private organization, to force them to admit members they do not wish to would violate their First Amendment right of expressive association. 1	CNN piece says Betsy DeVos is right about campus sexual assault policy. I love the idea of regional centers being the ones to handle these claims. I firmly believe that the collage where the accusation is made should not be the one to decide punishment for the accused (expulsion, suspension, etc.) These collages have a bias interest in these incidents, the fact is no one wants to enroll in a institution that has this type of press thus financially it would always be better for the collage to punish the accused regardless of guilt or innocents.
