Actually anyone can sell a firearm to anyone as long as long as your not a distributor and a ccw isn't required to own or carry a firearm. A ccw is used to legally CONCEAL CARRY A WEAPON. hence the name of the license

Look I've ignored this long enough, while the first punch was defense and the rest were him getting caught up in the moment, that man put up with a lot. That woman had no hesitation to keep hitting, keep kicking, and keep provoking him;no remorse for her actions or concerns about repercussions for her actions. Yes he should have walked away but in the heat of the moment, one punch turning into three or four is hardly proof of guilt. That man was defending himself and had too much adrenaline pump…
