1	How to be more energetic? Thanks for the detailed response, but I don't think it's physical energy levels per se. I work out 5 days a week and eat healthy. It's more just a feeling like I can't be bothered to socialise. The people I see who are the most charismatic just seem to have so much energy, constantly joking with people and bouncing around, and it just seems so unnatural to me.	/r/seduction	16/07/19 01:50 PM
