But also not true. Consent can't be withdrawn after the fact if consent was explicitly given beforehand, and the female was in a fit state to give consent. If consent is only implicitly assumed, or the female is under they influence of drugs or alcohol, it's rape as no explicit consent was given or could be given due to the drugs/alcohol. Universities in the USA are starting to take this one step further. Following on from the feminist "listen and believe" campaign concerning rape,, Universities…

Since these are all British/European journalists/activists I would assume Durham UK. (not sure why you would think otherwise?)

Bollox! Plenty of 50+ women who paved the way with public breastfeeding, and many others who didn't have the balls themselves at that time, but would support her actions

Well it's not really a very sensitive area to discuss for circumcised men.

The Imgur thing was a dumb thing to do, but imgur is a separate website (and company), and those images were publicly available. It was basically the same as all the other content lifted from various public blogs/facebooks etc. That is a very different scenario to what the admins were claiming (that FPH were harassing people on other subreddits)

The window does also occur on mobile, but I clicked the little grey X in the top right hand corner (that only appears to sober people) to close it.

It means that being too drunk to know that the other person did not consent is not a defense. It's the same with all laws afaik - you are still accountable even if you are out of it. Similar to being ignorant of the law - it's no defense.

What probably happened is she killed the kid and then threw him in the bath to make it look like a drowning. If that's the case then the autopsy will prove the lie pretty easily.

My mistake. It's probably a byproduct of a whisky soaked Saturday night.

No, it's not like that. Cops show up to a domestic and have no idea who's side of the story to believe, so they just default to 'lock up the guy' no matter what the story is. The sad truth is that is is more likely to be the man at fault than the woman The problem is too many women of questionable morals know how to game this system. I've seen it first hand myself. A friend of mine was late back from a 'boys night out'. I'd left my bicycle at his place so went back with him. His GF was raging, f…

I mean is it supposed to feel better? Like more sensitivity You got it. Also of course you think your dick is great as is. After all, it's brought you enough pleasure over the years in this form. (and if you are American, I presume it's the norm there?)

Not sure what I just read? Did you get your impression of the pre-industrial feudal world, chivalry, and courtly love from historical romance novels in the women's fiction section of the library?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
