Entry-level wages generally aren't RNs. A new RN would have entry level RN wages. Nor does a foreman get paid greenhorn wages. That is not the same thing at all. I am under the impression that maybe you think that nurses start off as a CCW then become an LPN then RN after time on the job? If so that is not how it works, an RN, LPN and CCW are all entirely different courses. You could start at CCW, work for a while, then go back to school to upgrade to LPN but a CCW would not be prompted to LPN. …
