Sure, but if the woman can have the child against a man's will and then in some cases force him to pay child support, why can't a man have a child against a woman's will and force her to go through child birth? Note: I'm not actually advocating this because the effects of child birth are not equal between both parents, but I'm bringing the argument full circle. I'm reversing the gender roles of who wants to keep the child and the argument seems to make less sense.

Wouldn't the logical extension of this be that if the man wants to keep the child and the woman doesn't that he has the right to deny the woman an abortion? That's a moral minefield.
