Did you read point number 2? It does not have to be push ups. Any exercise that help to get you started and eventually form a habit of exercising regularly which help boost metabolism. It's all about staying active to burn more calories than you take in. I see people Talk and Do all kind of diet plan, but still fat because they don't exercise regularly. I don't follow any diet, don't count calories, basically eat like a pig, but still not fat. I guess I have skinny gene or maybe because I've been exercising regularly since I was 10 years old.
