2	Persinal advice thread: texting Yes. Like if a girl takes more than 3 days(3 is being super generous, I cut them off at 2 ), I lose feelings. 3	What the hell is wrong with my squat? If you're falling forward, you need to strengthen the upper back. I'm also 3 months in with 165 squat(I lowered the weight to 135 so I can hit depth). Make sure to really plant your heels on the floor and sit back with your hips.
