Are they working less than the men? Ad revenue and ticket sales don't matter if it's a marketing issue. Both teams work equally hard. If you work at a place that makes $X and I work at a place in the same position that makes $2X , I don't necessarily make more than you. It's the owner's fault for not making then more profitable.
