Jag tar faktiskt redan både Rybelsus och Mysimba, men viktnedgången har ändå gått väldigt lååååååångsamt… Mitt sötsug försvinner helt enkelt inte! Min läkare funderar på att byta ut min Rybelsus mot antingen Mounjaro eller Vegovy. I already take Rybelsus, which is the exact same drug as Ozempic (semaglutide), except in pill form. I also take Mysimba, which is naltrexone/bupropion. I’ve been taking the former drug for two years, and the latter drug for one year this March. They’ve worked a little bit, but not nearly enough…yet. I’m also gonna try to find a job very soon!

Don’t care. It’s still more attractive than being fat, and more importantly: way more healthy than if said loose skin was full of fat! I can deal with having lots of loose flabby skin, way more so than I can deal with being obese… Besides, the skin won’t look like that forever, will it?

I’ll rejoin my local gym once I’ve lost enough weight that I’ll actually be able to go there on a regular basis. Until then, the gym in my basement will have to do.
