Around where I live (general santos, philippines) , there are street vendors selling small chicken breasts, 0.25 dollar each. If you eat at Mang Inasal, a budget restaurant, they sell medium sized chicken breasts for 2.5 dollars each. You can actually get 10 small chicken breasts instead of 1 medium only. If you don't eat at malls and instead eat on the streets, it should only take two dollars at most for a single meal. Eat at places that are not branded/non-franchised.
