I posted about this before this post. Honestly the best non-discriminatory hiring practices are at my current job. There are two panels, the first conduct live or over the phone interviews. All candidates are asked the same exact questions. The answers are handed over to a second panel that won't see names, addresses, race, etc. Those that pick the candidate do so based off the qualifications. We have hired 9 people this way, 7 were men. On one of the female hires she was our second choice.
