Also makes me doubt the veracity of a lot of those accounts, their anecdotes and comments. Take everything with a pinch of salt on here.

Yeah, but like other support groups, you don't want to continue defining yourself by the fact you're now reformed. Recovered alcoholics that make recovery their core identity as a replacement for the alcoholic identity are still under the influence and very irritating people in my experience. You have to totally move on to complete the process.

I've had numerous sunburns and I'm ginger, because my mother simply didn't bother to educate me about or enforce any kind of sun protection care despite being the highest risk group for skin cancer. I remember once I burnt so bad I peeled an almost A4 size piece of dead skin off my torso.

It's being reported in the UK as if all that is needed for guilt to be assumed is the claim. Heard a supposed journalist say "powerful and emotive testimony, that cannot be denied.".

If my brother got a divorce (likely within the next 5 years) then married a 2nd time I would refuse to acknowledge it and wouldn't attend the wedding. It's silly enough to do it once, twice shits all over the weak premise.

Ooh, in the aftermath of the Asia Argento farce, she's put her wet finger in the air to assess the wind direction and realised there is an attention-market now for doing a 180 and finally airing all the previously withheld - for who knows how long - anecdotes of exploited young men she has known and recognising lecherous women. How virtuous and timely.

Apparently on Tinder and such they're often using photos anywhere from 2-10 years ago too. Read some funny stories of poor saps turning up for dates, only to be horrified at what is in front of them when compared to the advertised product.

Certainly not alone OP. I commiserate and understand. The scale of destruction single mothers cause is obscenely overlooked. I've wrote quite a few comments describing my experience. There's much more I could write as I'm sure there is for you and others ITT. Just do so as and when you feel the need or, a particular thread touches on something and compels you to comment on this aspect of your life. It will help you make sense of your situation and find peace.

They do love it in a twisted, embittered way, the women in such miserable marriages I mean. They enjoy misery, conflict and drama, emanating it amongst those nearest to them gives many of them a sick minded satisfaction.

Nah, you're right. I see it on Insta often, fitness people are well known for it. They pay for a load of bot accounts to follow them, lend them some legitimacy in a bid to encourage real people to follow them. Budapest is a city I've always liked, beautiful architecture, low cost of living, lots of nicely renovated and spacious apartments right in the city centre for under £200k, lots of history and culture, good food and well placed to travel around the rest of Europe. This is in all likelihood the most salient factor in why my granddad contracted and died of throat cancer aged 56. Nothing in the family lineage suggests a prevalence of cancer, especially at a relatively young age and at such a specific source. He never smoked in his life and all the other things that give you heightened risk factors of throat cancer he didn't consume or partake in. He just loved licking pussy I think.

I wasn't betrayed I just outgrew them. Personality transforming experiences made it so. Friends are very limiting, a condition of friendship is expectation. Groups of friends tend to conglomerate into an indistinguishable mass of unthinking beliefs and actions, each re-enforcing upon the others the biases and behaviours that are allowed within that group through shaming and ridicule. If not shaming and ridicule, then just a general awkwardness arises when somebody diverges from the usual topics …

I've had disagreements in the past with women, sometimes not even disagreements, just giving a reason for something which they seem to accept at the time, then I've later that same day heard them talking to their friends explaining the situation and completely altering my precise words to fit their agenda, whatever real unuttered grievance that may be and to perpetuate their victim narrative. They're the personification of drama and conflict - they never grow out of it or tire from it. Reason #7…

It's like going to a club. You're admitting you aren't capable, focused, charismatic or secure enough to attract anybody day-to-day, so you've all decided to come to the market where all the damaged goods are traded under impaired judgement. Your presence is an admission of failure.

No. This isn't some little badass badge you can wear to make yourself feel macho inside your conventional, middle of the road relationship. If you're in a conventional relationship, everything you do and don't do, explicitly stated or not, is influenced by those you live with and are responsible for to some degree. A MGTOW by definition minimises any external factors which define his way. You can be as red-pill in your relationship as you like, you're still beholden to others and that greatly li…

Their Nature is what it is - cunty. The culture nurtures all the worst aspects of them though. Soap operas really are at least as toxic as Kartrashians etc way before they came along. I cannot tell whether it is 'art' imitating life or life imitating 'art', I'm inclined to think it's just a feedback loop, one reinforcing the other, all the drama, Machiavellianism and gossip depicted in soap operas normalised. The only love I had was with a virgin girl, me 19 her 18. 4 years of bliss, intensity and madness - a powerful, heady concoction of emotion I don't think any other experience in life can give arise to. I can appreciate it an as much a classically romantic context as I can a cold, critical context - two young, naive and idealistic kids going through all kinds of awakenings, new emotions and experiences together vs RP breaking it down. Yuup! Not only that, but their interest was moderate in the group stages, as soon as the "It's Coming Home" meme gained traction when we got through to the knockout stage, they ALL enthusiastically jumped on it, realising how popular it had become and all the attention they could get by trying to show just how in with the lads they are, ever more phony as we progressed trying to outdo each other. Yup, unlike a wife, gf or any other female you will encounter, they've had the means to manipulate and warp your reality and how you're perceived by people associated with them from birth, before you had any conception of truth, reality, events your world was been formed and their position and status in it made paramount. This is a stone cold truth. I see it with my mother now. My half-brother and his harpy, unstable wife are about to have their unplanned, drunken mistake 4th child. Being principled I immediately condemned it as they were struggling to provide for 2 adequately - materially, morally and emotionally. The marriage was on the rocks when they had the 3rd. That's the conclusion I came to after I drank enough for a lifetime between the ages of 16 and 23, then I began to slow down. Now 29 and the last time I had a drink was over 3 years ago, didn't need any help, there was no struggle, just decided beforehand this is the last occasion I drink and then stopped. Half-brother and his wife already struggling to provide for 2 kids, in a pit of debt, bad area of poor city, possessing no aspiration, plan or guidance to help propel their offspring to a better life - whatever that may be - go ahead and have 1 more less than a year ago (conceived whilst the marriage was on the rocks) and another is on it's way. Well he is correct, no matter how glib it may be. You can layer up all the satisfying, sweet meaning you want in your personal approximate 90 years of existence, in the school of Jordan Peterson, but the base of the cake remains meaningless. It's no way to live as your dominant ethic though, I can attest to that, so for practicalities sake you have to layer on or contend with suicidal ideation. It's odd in situations like this. Hostages are always equalised and seen to be each as valuable as the next and that value to be high! The only differentiating factor being females>males. Why would you sacrifice yourself for somebody you simply don't know? Chances are you're not saving a benevolent, incredibly virtuous, outstanding human being. If they knew the details of their life, their potential, contribution, all the things they've done and said would they take the same action? Yet the defa…

It's not just the prep they put in before a shoot, but then the makeup, lighting, cinematography and post-production digital beautifying. All used to enhance their looks on screen. Selfishness isn't doing what you want to do, it's wanting others to do what you want them to do for your benefit/gain/comfort. People that throw around the accusation of selfishness are often the most selfish, it's a shaming technique to get you to fall in line with their ways, for their own sake.

I'm seeing people claiming harassment now means a simple one-off catcall, an unwanted compliment, a misunderstood sexual advance. Harassment used to mean prolonged, deliberate intrusion when the perpetrator knew they were engaging in unwanted behaviour. This is the new normal. Default cultural forms of flirtation, biological drives even, are now being stamped out for bitter feminist ideology. Problem is some women happily sell themselves, until they regret it 20 years later that is when they've …

I prefer writing like on here. Men can be just as bad as women for getting emotionally charged, taking criticism of ideas/beliefs personally because they make up part of their core identity and are too attached, not respecting structure that allows conversation to flow (constantly interrupting which cannot happen with the written word.). Probably a result of the social strata I live in and the lack of education.

This from my city today - http://www.hulldailymail.co.uk/news/hull-east-yorkshire-news/rapist-who-attacked-sleeping-victim-593219 I thought the basis of law was "beyond reasonable doubt" for a conviction. Unless there's more to that story not published, there's reasonable doubt in my mind. Great post. I once said something similar on here. In short, a huge part of MGTOW I think is reconciling with your pre-pubescent self, before you were driven by things you didn't fully understand nor could control. Just about every young boy gets swept up by it and the females get a head start in the sexual game via earlier onset of puberty, the social conditioning and direct lessons from their mothers. Now, you cannot undo puberty, but once you understand the game you can navigate it as if you …

About 5 years ago I decided drinking was no longer valuable to me, just another aspect of the social indoctrination I'd fallen for. I'm not sure if I was an alcoholic, but I binge drank to oblivion regularly, 2 or 3 times a week. The kind of drinking where you wake up not remembering anything after a certain point, apart from flashbulb snippets of lucidity your brain recorded whilst you were on autopilot. You're astounded when you wake up that you even made it home in one piece. I'd knock them b…

They do that in many countries, if not with drastic quick procedures, by using cosmetic products that do it over time. I also wrestle with this and have turned down jobs because of not wanting to add to the suffering. I cannot turn the other cheek, it simply causes too much inner angst and disquiet to pretend. The fakery is too much to bear. I suppose I'm being the change I want to see, despite knowing it's futile to affect change on any scale beyond myself, just remaining intact and not compromising gives me a sense of satisfaction. It's really not difficult, it's already written down numerous times if you care to look instead of looking for opportunity to manipulate some back to the plantation. Yesterday a British football manager, David Moyes, had to publicly apologise and had calls from all quarters for him to be sacked. His crime? Playfully saying to a woman reporter - that was tying to elicit a particular response with her line of questioning - "You got a bit cheeky towards the end there, might get a slap even though you're a woman.", all in a clearly jovial tone which had it been another guy would've been a non-event, harmless everyday banter. Invading male spaces, asking for equa…

This is something I intuitively (I say intuitively but that's just shorthand for saying it's blindingly obvious!) knew as young as 16. One of the best ways to regain some power in the workplace is not to run away, but double down and become so good at your job you're indispensable. Suppose all military men are gay then, because in basic training they all are taught how to look after and maintain their kit. Errr, wait, aren't those the 'real men' though? Self-sufficiency is a masculine ideal, doesn't matter the activity. Your happiness resides in the things you do, it's internal, they can never aspire to that. Attention, validation and status in the eyes of others is their source of fleeting happiness that they never have enough of, thus the need to try and drag you down.

So many claiming natty whilst juicing and promoting products or building their brand/'coaching' business. Extend that to most pro sports these days too. Fair play, honour and integrity count for very little. Most can look themselves in the mirror quite easily knowing they've cheated in some way. If everybody is conniving it's just the new standard is the rationale that casts…

Good grief, people that neurotic exist everywhere. It's amazing what people will tell you even when unprompted and if anything you're giving a stand-offish vibe, which often makes these types more keen to divulge as their neediness demands it. Keep smiling and being the black hole of your coworker's personal lives when you must. May give you leverage one day should such a situation arise.

Heartbern and Spetsnaz are the only decent MGTOW on Youtube for me. Both rational, mature, humble, interesting and have different, original approaches. Sandman, his lofty sense of self, quantity of output over quality with constant repetition of basic topics and intolerable voice, together, make me wonder how he's so exalted to an almost a cult-like figure. Gave him 10mins and knew he wasn't for me. Quality > quantity.

Well I was saying marriage is stupid since I was about 15 and interest in girls among my group came to the fore. I wasn't online and certainly wasn't around anybody red-pill or consuming such material. It's blindingly obvious it's a stupid thing to do on a simple cost/benefit analysis with little depth of thought needed.

Look how pathetic the vast majority of respondents are, particularly those under the drinking alcohol thread. No self-control, such a need to fit in they're unable to just flat out say to coworkers or friends "I don't drink anymore - end of.". As somebody on this sub-reddit often comments - most men (people) are weak faggots and this is just another example.

Well in the UK we have public service broadcasting via the BBC. No adverts and political programmes do a decent job of being unbiased, constantly being accused by the left and right of being partisan, but they do operate in a very orthodox reference frame. Of course there is still a whole load of trash amongst their output, but then they make something like the awesome Planet Earth 2 wih David Attenborough and you realise on the whole it's the best tv network in the world. I rarely watch, Planet…

She looks about her age, it's because the royals aren't as wanton in their use of surgery and enhancements that she doesnt look like a Hollywood actress. I agree, though 65 seems a bit early dude. Take care of yourself, stay active in mind and body and can easily add 20 years to that. I think euthanasia will be common place within 50 years. It's already been debated in the UK Parliament pertaining to the terminally ill, fairly solidly voted down, however public opinion is in favour and a lot of MPs only voted against because they didn't feel the bill was rigorous enough. It'll happen eventually and will be just a normal part of healthcare. Right …

But they themselves - in their depravity - design grief greater than the griefs that fate assigns.” ― Homer, The Odyssey Your blue-collar worker that live those kind of lives, are almost machines. The type of folk that never question anything, they're usually just copying their surroundings and seniors (parents, same parents copied their parents, so on and so forth). They often dig themselves a financial hole which means,…

Seems that way, however being an aberration will eventually get to him I imagine. George Clooney I think it was, placed bets with a few actresses he'd never get married within a certain time period, the next 10 years or something. He won the bet, instead of settling the bet got extended and escalated, now he's hitched and lost the bets. Did well to hold out for so long I guess, being who he is. Likely get rinsed in a few years. http://www.independent.ie/woman/celeb-news/george-clooney-set-to-los…

Beyond Orwellian. Even he'd be taken aback by this.

Sorry to hear that mate. They are developmentally stunted almost always, I know mine is - emotionally, intellectually and morally. Mine was single because she projected her own controlling, manipulative ways on to my dad, claiming he was trying to move her away from her family, by moving a mere 5miles away from where they currently was, to a nicer area with better schools and less poverty. I've never met him, but piecing what I know together, this formerly very intelligent guy with passions and …

Deep enough that went she parts her labia, you hear the echoed screams of 100 men's souls.

Yup, if you really can't go full monk and need a slippery slit once in a while, escorts are a much more efficient way to the same end. Less time, effort and money, no need to put on a facade and dance to their tune. You get a woman of your choosing from your area that provides that service. You want big ass and titties, you can get it, you want an 18-year-old fresh face, you can get it, and so on. Then when the deed's done, you can go back to peace and serenity.

That's something for me to consider in the future, will have to monitor how different parts of the world develop economically over the coming decades, as I make my way towards an early retirement. I know currently in Budapest, you can get a nicely restored 1 bed apartment, bang in the middle of a stunning city, for approx £60k, which is incredible compared to the prices here in the UK. Most decent cities that are relative blights on the eyes compared to Budapest, you're gonna be paying double th…

How many men would do such a thing? Few. How many women would assist a man to do such a thing? Trace. Women really don't think twice as long as they get what they want and there are seemingly plenty of soppy cucks readily enabling them. I'd love to move to the USA and ghost from all that's familiar to me, but I'd only do it legitimately. Being a UK citizen however, there's slim to no chance of it happening with any immediacy due to the current migration policies. Maybe in the future if I amass e…

I read this type of drivel now and laugh. I don't know if I'm laughing at the schmuck or because it reads like satire given my mindset, though. Maybe an element of both.

Absolutely not. I value peace of mind and my own time, over the company of women and finances. If you take care of yourself, finances won't be an issue in your life. Work smart, make your money work for you, and once you can retire comfortably, do so, because you cannot buy time back. That's my plan and the contentment knowing that's my framework and there's nothing that can sway me, is great. The exception being, if your line of work is your passion, some kind of research position, musician etc…

Being raised, or rather neglected and abused, by a self induced single mother, that to this day still thinks she's the victim of her own decision to get pregnant by my father, then shut him out, get sole custody and a pre-emptive restraining order; she is still emotionally manipulative, is still utterly vacuous, is still financially naive, is still incapable of any self-reflection and thus self-development. Then, dropping my guard in my early twenties for a girl, after resisting commitment for a…

Imagine the backlash and boycotts these songs would elicit if a major band released them these days. Artists are, particularly comedians, always coming under fire, despite them often times not writing from 1st person perspectives and taking on characters or telling stories. I mostly prefer instrumentals now as they ask nothing particular of the listener, there may be a general feeling they are trying to convey, but it's a lot more broad than songs with lyrics, they give space and clarity for you…

Can't believe a guy would sacrifice himself to be with a creature like that, he's a burly bloke and she looks like his twin in drag! I mean, I can sometimes have a little sympathy if a guy has been swindled by a sophisticated siren, but c'mon, that!?

I haven't, will settle down and give it a watch now. I've only known of him since an event dedicated to him occurred in Hull a few years ago, to mark 25 years since his death, only now am I really taking a bit of an interest as that poem stuck with me. Definitely seemed to live a lot of MGTOW tendencies from the little I know.
